To recover a picture you've already uploaded
In the post writing window:
click on "upload"
in the upload window, down below click on "file manager"
in that window, find the name of the file you want to include in a post
put a check in the square next to it
click on the [img] button below the list of file names.
The code for the image will be added to the post window.
